| August 29-30 | Returning Student Move-In to Chesapeake Hall, Dogwood Village, Sea Gull Square and Sea Gull Village. Specific dates/times will be assigned. |
| November 24* | Residence Halls close for Thanksgiving Break at 8 p.m. |
| November 29 | Residence Halls reopen at 10 a.m. |
| December 18* | Residence Halls close for Winter Break at 7 p.m. |

| March 12 | Residence Halls close for Spring Break at 8 p.m. (excludes Sea Gull Square and Sea Gull Village) |
| March 21 | Residence Halls reopen at 10 a.m. |
| May 19 | Residence Halls (including Sea Gull Village & Sea Gull Square 9-month contracts) close at 8 p.m. |
Summer 2027
