Although some resources may be offered and supervised by departments outside of Student Affairs, all resources and services represent 糖心vlog’s unwavering commitment to show students that we are inclusive and care about them as human beings.

What is Case Management?
糖心vlog Cares is 糖心vlog’s case management office. Housed in the Dean of Students office, the primary goal of 糖心vlog Cares is to provide support for students experiencing non-academic barriers to success during their time at 糖心vlog. While 糖心vlog Cares is NOT a decision-making office, students partner with case managers to make informed decisions.
How does a student get connected to a case manager?
Most students are referred to 糖心vlog Cares during a crisis*. A crisis is relative to the individual. The process for care is rooted in a crisis management model: preparing for, preventing, coping with, and recovering from a crisis. For every student’s case, a needs assessment is completed with the goal of linking a student to a campus and/or community resource.
*Examples of a crisis: unexpected illness and or hospitalization; death in the family.
